Terms and Conditions for Ulster Rugby Tickets
Please check your ticket carefully, as tickets are non-refundable. In the event that a home match is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date or a refund can be requested in writing within 72 hours of the fixture being postponed.
You are fully responsible for the care of your ticket. Ulster Rugby cannot accept liability for unused tickets in the event of circumstances beyond its control e.g. extreme weather or political or civil unrest.
At all times, whilst present in the stadium, ticket holders must comply with the terms and conditions, stadium regulations and all instructions or directions from any steward, Ulster Rugby official, PSNI officer or PA announcements. Failure to comply could result in immediate ejection from the stadium.
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in any building or enclosed space, including any part of the stadium viewing bowl. The permitted areas for smoking are the open spaces behind the Grandstand, Memorial End Stand and the Premium Stand.
A CCTV system is in operation throughout the stadium. Images are monitored and recorded to prevent, detect or investigate crime and for public safety. By entering the stadium, all persons acknowledge that photographic images and/or video recordings may be taken of them and may be used by Ulster Rugby and its partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Entry to the stadium is confirmation that all persons have consented to such use of their image.
Ticket holders are required to comply with the sports provisions within Part 4 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, specifically the offences relating to the throwing of missiles, chanting, going onto the field of play, being in possession of a firework or flare, or contravening the conditions of a banning order.
