In the unusual case of no referee appearing and with 2 sides ready to play and a different referee in the grounds is asked to ref.
The referee should make contact with a society selector or the Hon Sec. of the Society.
Everard Russell (M. 07984 881063) has agreed to be the point of contact if any referee becomes unavailable to fulfil their selected fixture shortly before that fixture and if the Branch office is closed (Friday evening/Early Saturday).
Please enter Everard’s mobile number into your contacts. If you cannot contact Everard, then try the Hon Secretary or the President.
Please back up the cry off notice via email to Jill ASAP so as she is fully appraised of the development and can alter your status on eSport: firstname.lastname@example.org
Branch voicemail (02890 494834) is picked up by staff at 9:30 am on Saturdays.
