Ulster Rugby appreciates that supporters will have questions around upcoming fixtures and ticketing given the current uncertainty around the ongoing Coronavirus outbreakTo help as best we can, we’ve compiled some of the Frequently Asked Questions in the guide below.

The Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) has confirmed the 2019/20 domestic season is to conclude in all provinces with immediate effect due to ongoing concerns over Coronavirus. The directive applies to all incomplete national and provincial competitions – including the various Cup Finals which were due to be staged at Kingspan Stadium.

I have a ticket for an upcoming match at Kingspan Stadium, what should I do?

All ticket holders are advised to retain their tickets as they may be valid for any rescheduled fixture. Once we have clarity from PRO14 Rugby and/or the IRFU, then we will be in touch to discuss your options.

How will the postponement of Guinness PRO14 matches affect any hospitality tickets that I have already purchased?

Supporters should retain all match tickets or hospitality tickets as we continue to work closely with PRO14 Rugby to assess the next steps regarding the league’s suspension.
