Tommy Bowe visited Royal School Armagh to see how his old school were preparing for their Danske Bank Schools' Cup semi-final match against Methody on Wednesday 6th March (2.30pm kick off).

High profile fans from throughout Ulster and further afield join together to support Ulster Rugby ahead of their Heineken Cup Quarter Final at Twickenham on the 6th of April.
