Terms and Conditions

Registration and payment for an Ulster Rugby Card is taken as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Ulster Rugby Loyalty Card Scheme.

The Ulster Rugby Loyalty Card is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Only the person to whom it was issued may use the card and only one Ulster Rugby Loyalty Card is permitted per person.

When you purchase the card you must provide Ulster Rugby with accurate and complete information and advise Ulster Rugby of any changes by contacting us on 028 9049 3222. Ulster Rugby will use this information to process your card and inform you of any changes to the scheme.

The Ulster Rugby Loyalty Card is valid for 12 months from month of issue (inclusive and cards may not be used after the month of expiry.)

Ulster Rugby reserve the right to terminate your card at any point if we determine that you have breached the terms of use.

Cards must be renewed every 12 months to continue benefiting from the offers under the Loyalty Card Scheme. Card Holders are responsible for renewing their card.

The Ulster Rugby Loyalty Card is valid only at participating outlets and all offers/bookings are subject to availability. Full details on participating outlets and offers will be available on www.ulsterrugby.com/loyaltycard

Only one Ulster Rugby Loyalty Card is permitted per transaction unless otherwise stated. The Ulster Rugby Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Please see retailer offerings for other specific terms and conditions.

Participating outlets reserve the right to amend the terms or conditions of their offer at any time or to withdraw their offer without notice. Ulster Rugby is not responsible for the performance of the offers detailed under the Loyalty Card Scheme. If you have a dispute with an outlet, Ulster Rugby will take reasonable efforts to resolve the issues, please contact us on 028 9049 3222.

To qualify for any discounts or offers, the Loyalty Card must be presented at time of purchase as discounts cannot be claimed retrospectively, however some outlets may require advance notice of your intention to use the card, please contact the outlet directly.

Ulster Rugby will charge a re-issue fee of £15 for any Loyalty Cards that are lost or stolen. Each Loyalty Card will only be re-issued once before the supporter will be required to re-register and pay for a new card.

The retail price of the Ulster Rugby Loyalty Card is £20 however Ulster Rugby may, from time to time offer a promotional price.

Ulster Rugby reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Ulster Rugby website and it is the responsibility of the card-holder to read the terms and conditions.
