Henderson wins URSC Bursary

The URSC recently announced that Iain Henderson is the winner of the Jack Kyle Bursary, awarded each season to an up-and-coming member of the Ulster Phoenix Academy...
The talented young second row has impressed since entering the Academy, turning in noticeable displays for Queen's University in the All Ireland League, as well as the Ravens.
Commenting on the award, URSC Chairman Iain campbell said, "Iain is a very deserving winner of this bursary. he is a hard working and talented member of the Phoenix Academy and we hope that this award of £2000 will help him to concentrate on his training. We look forward to seeing him fulfil his potential with Ulster."
The bursary money was raised thanks to a 'Big Ballot' draw which took place last month. Please visit www.ursc.co for a full list of ballot winners.
