The Ulster winger comes onto the left flank in place of Simon Zebo, who is named in the replacements in place of Darren Cave.
Gordon D’Arcy starts at inside centre in place of Keith Earls, who was not considered for selection due to a chest injury that he picked up in the first test. D’Arcy’s selection reunites him with Brian O’Driscoll to start their 48th international as Ireland's centre partnership.
The return from injury of Mike Ross means Ulster prop Declan Fitzpatrick has to settle for a spot on the bench. The final change sees Kevin McLaughlin named in the back row, with Peter O’Mahony making way.
Head Coach Declan Kidney will be hoping the changes pay dividends after a 42-10 defeat in the opening fixture last weekend.
