1.) Where should I park around the stadium?
Parking around Kingspan Stadium is for residents only. Therefore it is advised that supporters make use of the free Park and Ride services provided by Belfast Bus Company. Park and Ride facilities are located at Pirrie Park on the Ravenhill Road side of the ground and also on Montgomery Road along the Mount Merrion side of the ground (opposite Podium for Sport). There are plenty of car parking spaces available and complimentary buses run constantly along these routes 90 minutes prior to the game and 90 minutes after the final whistle.

3.) How to enter the stadium?
The turnstiles at Kingspan Stadium are now automatic. Hold the barcode on your ticket up to the digital scanner on the turnstile. Once the code has been read, the screen will light up with a green light and you should immediately press firmly on the gate and walk forward.
4.) If I ordered online and my ticket has not been posted out, where do I collect my ticket?
You can collect your ticket from the Ticket Booth beside the Onslow Parade entrance on the Ravenhill Road side of the ground from the time the gates open.

7.) Are there smoking areas within the stadium?
Smoking including the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted in any building or enclosed space, including any part of the stadium viewing bowl. The permitted areas for smoking are the open spaces behind the Grandstand, Memorial End Stand and the Premium Stand.
8.) What are the opening hours of the Kukri store?
The Kukri store is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday 10am to 2pm and also during all home match nights from when the gates open up until 60 minutes after the final whistle.
9.) Where can I purchase an Ulster Rugby programme?
The match programme is available for sale when gates open in the main stadium forecourt and also at the Aquinas gate entrance. A digital format and can also be purchased online. Please visit www.ulsterrugbydigital.com to order your season-long library.
10.) I have small children, where is the best place to sit?
An important aspect of the redevelopment was to create a safe and family-friendly environment for fans. Therefore the best place to sit would be in our Hughes Insurance Family Stand, located at the Aquinas End of the ground. Tickets start at £15 for children and £22 for adults in this area.
11.) Can I order a taxi home from the ground?
A specially arranged taxi service has been organised for Ulster Rugby patrons on match nights courtesy of FonaCAB. The taxi rank (located in front of head office) will operate as soon after the match as crowd movement permits. You do not need to order a taxi as this service runs continuously up to 90 minutes after the match. Persons requiring a taxi are asked to queue within the ground and not on Mount Merrion Avenue.
