Ulster Rugby Development Officers are out and about in schools across the province this month, talking to pupils about this year's Summer Camps and the new Easter 'Taster' sessions taking place in April

Aim:
The aim of the Girls' U19 RDS is to provide an appropriate pathway for underage players to develop in order to progress to Ulster Senior representation.
The key objectives of the RDS programme are as follows:
- To enhance player skill development
- To enhance players' physical development
- To enhance players' knowledge of the game
- To educate players
- To provide an appropriate and purposeful pathway
- An opportunity for talent identification
Squad Structure:
- Centrally based
- 1 squad
- Final 2009 squad will have 22 select players + fringe players
- U19 Age range
