Refereeing

The IRFU have a dedicated Referee Department headed up by former international referee, Owen Doyle. There are referee associations in each of the Provinces - Connacht, Leinster, Munster and in Ulster, the latter being the Ulster Society of Rugby Football Referees (USRFR).
