Ulster Branch : Development : Level 1 Link Course

As part of the Level 1 accreditation process coaches are required to attend a 4 module link course. This is taking place from 10.00am - 3.00pm on Sunday 5th September 2010 at Malone RFC.

Completion of these modules is compulsory to gain accreditation.

9.45 - 10.00 am Registration
10.00 - 11.00 am Mental Preparation
11.00 - 12.00 pm Young Player
12.00 - 1.00 pm Lunch
1.00 - 2.00 pm Physical Fitness
2.00 - 3.00 pm Injury prevention

Level 1 coaches need to confirm their attendance by contacting Julie Dorman on 02890 493111 ext 239 or rugbydevelopment@ulsterrugby.com before 1pm on Wednesday 1st September.
