the efforts and ability of players at all levels.
The Role:
• To develop and implement a club wide coaching strategy
• To develop and implement a progressive style of play
• To identify, develop and maximise the potential of the players
• To take leadership of the coaches throughout the club and co-ordinate other coaches
The Person :
Essential
• Previous coaching experience
• Proven track record and this level and a passion for coaching
• Excellent organisational and motivational skills
• Full driving licence and access to a car
Desireable
• IRFU level 2 coaching badge
• Previous experience coaching a Qualifying League One side (or higher)
• Flexibility
Salary : competitive and commensurate with experience and responsibility
