Ryan Constable spoke to www.ulsterrugby.com today about his golden Heineken Cup memories and what makes the tournament so special

No doubt Carlo will be excited about coming up against his old comrades at his new home, especially as he has been named Captain for the fixture.
Carlo spoke to the media earlier in week and said the following of being Captain and the fixture ahead:
"It's a great privilege to still be involved and that the guys still trust me to look after the armband while Rory (Best) is away," said Del Fava."As far as the Bourgoin game goes there is huge pride on the line, it may not affect the tables as they are the two last teams.
"It's a matter of getting the rugby played and enjoying it and getting that winning feeling back again."
"One of our goals is to make Ravenhill the fortress it once was and that other teams really do fear us when they come here," said Del Fava "They should be thinking 'how are we going to play against Ulster at Ravenhill, because they are animals at home.'
"Bourgoin’s play normally revolves around the fly half Benjamin Boyet who I think is a class rugby player," he admitted. "They have a lot of experience in the back three and they are really good at counter attacking so we'll have to be on our toes for that.
"They are really physical and I think the boys are keen to front up to them. They enjoy making the big hits and being tough around the park so I think it is the perfect game for us to play and get stuck in."
Bourgoin named their side for this fixture earlier today:
Bourgoin: F Denos; M Nicolas, Y David, N Carmona, J Coux; M Parra, M Forest; A Tchougong, R Vigneaux, O Sourgens, J Pierre (capt), C Wyatt, J Frier, A Petrilli, W Jooste.
Replacements: J Genevois, P Cardinali, M Rennie, B Monzeglio, M Viazzo, A Forest, F Romanet.
