Foyle and Londonderry College overcame a strong Antrim Grammar side on Friday night at Ravenhill to win the 2007 Girls Schools Cup final with 2 tries to 1.
Before Ulster came out to play their last game of the season, it was the girls who took centre stage in the final of the girls schools cup.  As the grounds started to fill up, a lively crowd gathered to watch the girls battle it out for the ultimate schools rugby prize.  The freezing cold and wet conditions didn't seem to affect their spirits, with both  teams showing great determination throughout the game.  But despite their best efforts, Antrim Grammar couldnt get that equalizing try in the dying minutes of the game and Foyle and Londonderry became the winners of this years Girls Schools Cup.
