| U18/DEVELOPMENT CUP
The first round of the Ulster Cup was held on Sunday 14th January at Cooke RFC. This competition was organised for U18 teams who had not yet progressed to contact and new adult teams who had very little experience of the game. Matches were non contact, with uncontested scrums and line outs. Five teams entered into this competition, Bangor Youth, Queens, Cooke Youth, Malone Youth and Ballyshannon. The final and second round of this competition will take place at Cooke RFC on Sunday 18th February.

ROSIE GALLAGHER MEMORIAL CUP
Four teams entered into this competition that was open to all U18 teams who were ready to play contact fixtures. This is the first time that a proper contact league has been organised with teams in this age group. All teams are to play home and away fixtures with the winning team being awarded the Rosie Gallagher Memorial Cup.
