The Ulster Branch currently has 38 development officers working on the ground throughout Ulster, bringing rugby to all schools and communities whether they are from a traditional rugby background or not.  At present there are three Rugby Development Officers, One Womens Rugby Development Officer, 12 Community Rugby Development Officers or CRDO's  (including one with specific responsibility for womens rugby), and 22 Youth Development Offiers (YDO's).  Thanks to funding from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure and Sport NI, the Ulster Branch has undertaken a 3 year Community Rugby Programme which has had a significant impact on the development of rugby in the Province.  Go to the Community Rugby Programme section for more information on this project.
