| The Ulster Rugby Academy players are very busy as they have to manage playing and training for their club, studying/working and training with the SINI and Academy staff. Each Academy player will have a weekly planner showing what trianing committments they have each week, they also have weekly review meetings to discuss how they performed in games. The Academy players are anaylsed and assessed regulary and have monthly meetings with the Ulster Rugby Academy High Performance Manager who will help them manage their time and cope with any pressures they are under. |
