Adrian first got involved in rugby at school and comes from an elite playing background.  This is his first year as a YDO and will be working with Lisburn RFC.  He feels the YDO work is important as it exposes children to eilte level coaching and promotes the initial stage of Long Term Player Development.  Adrian enjoys relaying his knowledge and love of the game onto childen and is looking forward to the season ahead in his new role.
