Mark Holland - Club Development Manager

Mark was educated at Ballyclare High School and Loughborough University were he obtained BSc Honours in Management Science.  He is heavily involved in Ballyclare Rugby Club and holds the IRFU Level One Coaching Certificate. 
The primary focus of Mark's job, which is supported by the Sports Council of Northern Ireland is to work with Clubs to help them develop more volunteers, instigate Club Development Plans and assess funding opportunities for Clubs. 

As with many staff outside work Mark’s life revolves around socialising and all sport, mostly watching these days, but still playing a bit of golf.
