As we get ready to welcome The Bulls to Ravenhill we thought we'd show you just what the Gloucester fans thought of their visit to the home of Ulster Rugby back in January.
The general concensus seems to be that it was a very wet weekend, however, the Gloucester fans certainly seemed to enjoy themselves.

John Price
"Wet, frustrated but a pleasure to stand with such great fans - probably the best I have met on my many trips with Glaws."

Craig & Sally Leighton
“Wet but welcoming”

Ian Avent
"Great atmosphere, good banter between the fans. The whole family had a great time."

Mr T Ible
"Fantastic fun, real party atmosphere not spoilt by the weather and enhanced by the friendly locals. Shame about the result though !!"

Carole Elkins
"The people were so friendly, every where we went. Very enjoyable weekend."

Paul Lawrence
"You have a wonderful set of supporters who made GRFC and its fans very welcome ….. and the hip flaks at half time were an added bonus! Many thanks for your fine hospitality.

Mr Terry Freeman
"Despite the weather, i had a really good time and enjoyed the match even though we lost. The Ulster supporters were very friendly and made us all most welcome."

Nick Withey
"Very good atmosphere at the ground – good atmosphere in the Marquee as well.Shame about the weather"

Darren Stevens
"Very good despite the weather and the result."

Chris Cole
"Had an excellent time. Very warm welcome from Ulster supporters and very good atmosphere at ground. Very like minded crowd, great supporters with good humour"

Keith Barker
"Ground facilities and the warm welcome from local supporters was excellent. Plenty of spirited rivalry during the game, but before and after (long after eg. Crown Liquor Saloon until midnight) the welcome was the warmest anywhere."

Brian Barber
"Very nice experience. A good rugby club and supporters welcoming another real rugby club and its supporters."

Rene Cason
"Apart from the dreadful weather, I found the Ulster hospitality to be everything that I had heard it to be. The match was a great experience."

Jim Harley
"Wet, very wet! However it was very enjoyable and although we lost the game I had a great time. The guys that I stood by in the ground were great fun, laughing and joking with them and being typically biased. It was some of the best inter-fan banter I have ever experienced! The people of Belfast were relly nice, and although mentioning the rugby on many occasions throughout my stay ( mainly due to my Gloucester branded clothing) they never once rubbed my nose it the defeat. It was all in good taste.

Angela Cook
"Had a great time apart from the weather!"

John Bowman
"If Ulster and Gloucester met in future competitions would you return to Ravenhill? Yes without a doubt"

Allen Prior
"Fantastic welcome, fantastic atmosphere, brilliant fans"

Richard Bradley
Another great European cup-tie in a friendly city.

Bill Tinsley
"Excellent (apart form the weather – I’ve never been so wet!).  Ulster supporters before and after the game were good humoured and sociable.  Enjoyed the whole weekend in Belfast."

Rebecca Allen
Thoroughly enjoyable stay! We received a warm welcoming, which was a credit to your team and city, one which must be said beats several other away teams within the UK."

Richard Penton
"Despite the rain it was a friendly crowd, the beer tent was fun!"

Lesley Gray
"Wet!!!!! but a very warm welcome by those Ulster fans we spoke to"
