Highlight of your rugby career so far: Being named the Northern Bank Schools player of the year for 2006/7. It was the perfect end to a season in which I was lucky enough to captain both Ulster and Irish Schools.

How do you deal with the pressure of a big game? The big games are what we all train for but i like to be on my own prior to the team getting together just to think of my role.
What tips would you pass on to aspiring rugby players? Just to simply enjoy it and give it your all. Someone who puts their whole heart into what they do will triumph over someone with natural talent but doesn't want it as bad.
