Stacey was educated at Belfast High School and is working with Ulster Rugby as Communication Assistant throughout the 2007/08 Season.

She recently completed her second year of Communication, Advertising and Marketing BSc Hons at the University of Ulster Jordanstown and will return for her final year in September 2008.
