Another one of Ulster’s young pack of forwards, Declan is a member of Dungannon Rugby club and is a graduate of University of Ulster at Jordanstown.

A technically correct prop forward Declan displays very good defensive qualities, his talents were acknowledged in the 2006/07 season when he was selected for Ireland A Churchill Cup Squad.

Declan recently re-signed his contract to ensure he will remain at Ravenhill until the end of 2008/09 season to build on the 7 caps he won last season. Ulster Rugby has high hopes for Declan in the future.
