In a similar format to the previous day's play, the eight schools played in a series of matches, and four teams progressed to the semi final stages, with Stranmillis and Gracehill making it through to the final. It was Stranmillis who took home the Shield at the end of the day.

Ulster's Carlo Del Fava was at Ravenhill to show his support for the pupils and to present the Shield. He also presented runners up, Gracehill with their medals.

The Fairplay Award went to Edenderry P.S. for their impressive effort throughout the day.
