Each school played each other twice, with some excellent displays of rugby. All three schools really entered into the spirit of the game of Tag rugby, which is all about taking part and having fun, as well as fair play. An impressive Abbey P.S. won all their games- a tremendous achievement for a school that was completely new to Tag rugby and had only had one training session. They worked very well together and adapted well to the new sport.

The Abbey P.S. and St. Dallan’s will now represent Newry in the upcoming Tag Extravaganza.
