Best, Bowe and Trimble start for Ireland

Ulster Captain Rory Best has been recalled to the Ireland team for Saturday's eagerly-awaited Six Nations duel with Wales at Croke Park.
Rory will line up along side fellow Ulster men Tommy Bowe and Andrew Trimble in the starting line up with Paddy Wallace named on the bench.

A vacancy has been left at full back as both Geordan Murphy and Girvan Dempsey are recovering from Achilles and hip injuries respectively at this time.  A decision on who will be selected at full back will be made on Thursday following the Ireland training session.

The Ireland team to play Wales in the RBS 6 Nations Championship on Saturday, 8th March 2008 in Croke Park, Dublin at 13.30hrs is as follows:

Ireland: AN Other; Bowe, B O'Driscoll (capt), Trimble, Kearney; O'Gara, Reddan; Horan, Best, Hayes, O'Callaghan, O'Connell, Leamy, D Wallace, Heaslip.
Replacements: Jackman, Buckley, M O'Driscoll, Easterby, Stringer, P Wallace, Horgan.
