Ulster's New Head Coach Matt Williams arrived in Belfast last week to meet with players, management and local media.
Williams was set to take in the Ulster v Munster match at his new home ground but missed out when weather conditions forced the fixture to be postponed.

The Australian coach got stuck in the little time he did have though getting involved in training on Monday and Tuesday alongside Caretaker Coach Steve Williams.

One player who trained in both sessions said that while Matt did not change much at the two training sessions he was involved in he certainly put a new twist on the old drills describing him as “a refreshing voice with a new approach which has excited the players and provoked a positive reaction”.

As well as being involved in training Matt and Steve also took two squad meetings where the entire squad had an open discussion talking through where they stand at the moment and assessing where they want to be and the standards that they need to set as a squad for their every day routines.

With Williams set to return to his native Australia tomorrow, Ulster supporters will be left hoping that the couple of days he has spent with the squad will be fruitful in the last remaining home fixture of this seasons Heineken Cup.
