Ards RFC seeking new Youth Coaches

Ards RFC are seeking two new volunteer Youth coaches for their exciting U14s squad. This role would require an enthusiastic volunteer able to commit time to training, (Wednesday evening, 7 - 8.30pm) and for Saturday morning matches, depending on opposition and match venues. This position offers the opportunity to work with a young enthusiastic team at Ards RFC along with the supporting youth coaches at various other age groups and attend and enjoy matches on Ards RFC Youth match days. All club coaches must undergo rigorous Child protection procedures in line with IRFU Ulster Branch policy and sign up to the IRFU Code of Ethics. No experience necessary, various coaching and child protection courses will be made available throughout the remainder of the season.
