Course Content
The mini course focuses on safety and enjoyment with the coach acting as a 'guide' in a player centered process.  Developing player all round skills and game understanding with an emphasis on Physical Literacy appropriate to the stages of development of each individual are the key technical, tactical and physical module objectives.

The Foundation Course is an introduction to the 15 a side game for coaches and helpers with limited experience in rugby (12-16 years).  Safety and enjoyment are in the main themes of the course, and therefore the course is suited for people working with pre-teenage and adolescent players. 

The Ulster Branch would like to thank all those who attended both the mini and foundation courses and a special thanks must also go to Tanya and Alan for looking after the facilities and catering.
