The Regional Development Squads are the first step on the pathway to representative rugby within Ulster and their aim is to identify and develop players who will hopefully go on and play for Ulster and Irish Youth in the future.
The underage Regional Development squads are also an opportunity for coaches and managers who aspire to work with representative teams.

This season the IRFU (Ulster Branch) are looking for coaches and managers who would be interested in fulfilling the following positions within each of the squads:-

The Management of each squad will be based on the following template:-

· Head Coach x1
· Assistant Coach x2
· Manager x1
