Community Rugby Development Officer Vacancy

The Ulster Branch would like to invite applications for a Community Rugby Development Officer for the Mid Ulster Region.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering rugby programmes and initiatives within clubs and schools on behalf of the Irish Rugby Football Union (Ulster Branch).

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:-

· Proven rugby coaching ability
· Have a minimum of an IRFU Foundation Coaching Qualification or equivalent
· Have a relevant coaching, teaching or playing background
· A proven ability to report to deadlines
· Be self motivated, prepared to work flexible hours and as part of a team
· Have a full driving license and access to a car for business purposes

Please note that these positions are:-

· Based in Mid Ulster (with particular responsibility to the Upper Bann Institute and Armagh College)
· For 35 hrs per week
· The selected candidate will be employed initially until 31st March 2008 with the possibility of being extended further.
