Paul Stephenson
Paul Stephenson is a social worker and has worked for the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit for 6 years, prior to this he managed a Probation funded residential project in Belfast. He is married with two young children of his own aged 7 & 5. In addition to his working role Paul is a volunteer driver for Corrymeela and has began volunteering with his local Special Olympics football team.
Clem Boyd
Clem was Educated at Edinburgh University where he completed a Mechanical Engineering degree, During that time he played club rugby for Currie after graduation he moved to Bedford at the beginning of 1996-97 season. In 1999 Clem moved to Bath RFC on a two year contract but returned home after his first season when he won a place in the Ulster squad achieving 24 Ulster caps. Clem is now recognised as one of Ulster's finest coaches currently working with Instonians RFC, having retired due to medical reasons.
Richard Hedley
Educated at Down High School and a Math's degree at Queens, Richard is currently joint head coach at RBAI. Richard previously played at Queens, Instonians and Ballynahinch including representative honours with Ulster Juniors and an Ulster President's select. He started coaching at Down High School, RBAI U14 and laterally under the guidance of Brian McLoughlin coached at Ballynahinch and RBAI 1st XV. He is married to Lisa and has a daughter Anna.
Mark Holland
Mark was educated at Ballyclare High School and Loughborough University were he obtained BSc Honours in Management Science. He is heavily involved in Ballyclare Rugby Club and holds the IRFU Level One Coaching Certificate. The primary focus of Mark's job, which is supported by the Sports Council of Northern Ireland is to work with Clubs to help them develop more volunteers, instigate Club Development Plans and assess funding opportunities for Clubs. As with many staff outside work Mark’s life revolves around socialising and all sport, mostly watching these days, but still playing a bit of golf.
Dr John Kremer
Born in Lancashire in the English Lake District, Dr Kremer moved to Northern Ireland in 1980 after studying psychology at Loughborough University, married Jane and now has three children. Throughout that time he lectured Psychology at Queens University, with his main focus in two main areas, equal opportunities and the psychology of sport and exercise. He maintains this interest by acting as a consultant to a wide rage of sports, including rugby, cricket, bowls, soccer, GAA, golf etc. During this time he also played rugby for Cooke RFC.
