How did the move from Rotherham to Ulster come about?Following the Ulster v Rotherham friendly at the start of last season Allen Clarke said that he might give me a call during the season and he got in touch around February time. I flew over for a medical and it was too good an opportunity to turn down and it brought me home! My dad was delighted from a rugby perspective.
What are your views on the Heineken Cup pool?It could have been a lot worse. It’s manageable but it certainly won’t be easy.

I knew a lot of the guys through the English set up. A lot of the Rotherham guys have signed up with them so all being well I will have the inside track that will hopefully give us the edge.
