Justin who won the European Cup in 1999 with Ulster spoke about some of the opposition that Ulster will face in their pool:
Bourgoin "They are an intimidating side and have a lot of ability and a great player base to do very well, in the past they have focused more on the French League but who knows if they will this season"
Gloucester " Gloucester really is a fantastic club steeped in history and strong rugby tradition, they have big strong forwards and exciting backs, it will definitely be an interesting contest. Also, the two grounds of Ravenhill and Kingsholm are very similar in terms of atmosphere so it will be good for all the travelling support from both teams"
Of the tournament Justin said " It is a fantastic competition with fantastic teams part of a very strong tradition, last year we lacked the consistency to progress but hopefully we will improve this season and take it to a different level"
On the timing of the RWC and Heineken Cup Justin said "RWC 07 will be brilliant, we will all see new players arriving on the world scene and then a number of weeks after the World Cup rugby supporters will have the chance to watch them at their clubs in the European Competitions"
