U19 Tournament Headquarters Hosts Tag Rugby Game

The U19 RWC Team Liaision Officers and members of the IRB took some time out yesterday Wednesday 18th April to take part in a game of tag rugby at the IRB tournament headquarters.

After almost 3 weeks of watching the World's U19 rugby teams competing, the tournaments TLOs and IRB officials decided that it was high time to get in on the action. Playing at Stramillis College yesterday, the game kicked off shortly after 3pm under a clear blue sky.

The game was a very high scoring encounter but in the spirit of the day, no one was counting. A fun afternoon was had by all, participants and spectators alike and Division B player Lyndon Jones summed up the afternoon saying "Rugby was the winner!!".
