The Powerade Conditioning Programme has been run over the past four seasons by the IRFU and this year the programme is being run specifically in Ulster.

The course is intended to help coaches gain the confidence and competence to condition and prepare players in a safe and enjoyable manner.  The course is part of a process in which the participant will be offered ongoing support over a three year period through weekend revision courses, club and school visits and access to a network of certified conditioning coaches.

The course is delivered by the Irish Rugby Football Union Conditioning staff and international invited guests and is designed to enable the participants to coach a progressive programme of rugby specific conditioning.
