Justin Harrison has been with Ulster since the beginning of the 2005-06 season and caught up with www.ulsterrugby.com earlier this week to answer a few questions

Position: Lock
Honours: Wallabies 34 Caps, Super 12- 96 Caps (Brumbies 97-03, Waratahs 04-05, Australian Barbarians-98, Australia ‘A’01,03, Australian U/21-95
When did you first start playing rugby?
In 1993 at the University of Lismore Gold Rats
What has been the highest point in your rugby career so far?
It has to be winning the 2001 Super 12 final with Brumbies. 
How do you stay motivated? 
I try to improve in everything I do everytime I get the opportunity
How do you deal with the pressure of a big game?
Concentrate on the basics and try to limit the distractions around me
What tips would you pass onto aspiring rugby players?
Enjoy the moment and concentrate on what makes you a good player
Who or what has been the main influence in your life?
The principle of being loyal and honest to my teammates and friends.
What is your biggest ambition outside rugby?
To have a happy family

How are you finding life in Northern Ireland now?
I feel much more a part of the community now and I don’t feel like I am just a rugby player from Australia, I feel that I am contributing more to the community and enjoying the craic more now!
