In a joint initiative by Powerade and Ulster Rugby to promote grassroots rugby, the Powerade team and Ulster Rugby players have been visiting various clubs throughout the province to give some top training tips to the Youth players at clubs.
So far this season this sessions have taken place in Bangor RFC, Carrickfergus RFC, Ballymena RFC and Portadown RFC and last night was the turn of Ballynahinch RFC to host the session. David Humphreys and Paul Steimetz went along to the session to answer some questions from their young supporters and pass on some top tips.
