Proposal to establish URSC Bursary
The committee have held preliminary discussions with Ulster Rugby regarding the establishment of a bursary fund which would be used to assist academy players – it need not be a fixed amount each year and would be awarded in consultation with Ulster Rugby.
The proposal is as follows:
The URSC committee shall enter into formal discussions with Ulster Rugby with the aim of agreeing procedures for the award of an annual bursary.  The value of the bursary, which will not exceed £2,000 per annum, will be awarded at the discretion of the committee, subject to the availability of club funds and the support of Ulster Rugby.

Proposal to Amend Constitution
In sub-clause 7.3, delete the words “Ulster Rugby Ltd or its successors” and substitute the words “The IRFU Charitable Trust (two thirds) and The Wooden Spoon Society (one third) or their successors.
If carried at the AGM, the sub-clause would read as follows:-
Upon dissolution all funds and property held by the club shall become the property of The IRFU Charitable Trust (two thirds) and The Wooden Spoon Society (one third) or their successors.
