By Anne Perry
Mark McCall has today named his team to take on the Llanelli Scarlets on Saturday 3rd March at Stradey Park, Kick Off, 17.30.
The team includes four Ulster players featured in the High Performance Select Group announced by the IRFU and PWC earlier this week, the players are Bryan Young, Tommy Bowe, Stephen Ferris and Roger Wilson.  Ulster also welcomes back four Irish Internationals involved in the historic victory over England last weekend, with Isaac Boss, Simon Best, Paddy Wallace and Andrew Trimble all starting for Ulster against the Scarlets. Neil Best is absent due to a thigh injury picked up with Ireland earlier this week. New Ulster signing Sam Harding will be hoping to make his debut in the Magners League as he is named as a replacement.

Llanelli are missing several of their big names with Wales' Dwayne Peel, Stephen Jones, Mark Jones, Matthew Rees and Alix Popham and Ireland's Simon Easterby all being rested by their countries while Dafydd James (broken toe) and Craig Dunlea (hamstring) are not included due to injury

Mark McCall spoke about this game earlier in the week and said "If we are serious about retaining our title then we have got to win this match, For a number of reasons - to get points on the board, to get some momentum into our season, to get on a roll and to put pressure on the teams around us."

Ulster are currently second in the Magners League.
