INTERNATIONAL TICKET COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS

The following arrangements have been made for the collection of International Tickets.
Tickets will be issued only on production of invoice together with payment - this will be strictly adhered to.

FOR SECURITY REASONS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS

The following payments will be accepted:-

EURO/STERLING CHEQUES (using a daily exchange rate) BANK DRAFTS VISA/MATERCARD

(Credit Card payments will be subject to a 3% charge).

Tickets will only be posted on the provision of a SAE with the correct amount of postage.  The Ulster Branch is not responsible for any postal delays or losses.  (Tickets posted will not be re-issued by the Irish Rugby Football Union if lost in the post). 

A Special Delivery service is available to ensure tickets are covered by insurance at a cost of £5.00 which needs to be added to the invoice.  This service is not available in the Republic of Ireland.

PLEASE NOTE THE OFFICE IS NOT OPEN ON A SATURDAY FOR TICKET COLLECTION
