Ulster's Isaac Boss and Bryan Young will earn their first international starts this weekend when Ireland take on Australia at Lansdowne Road on Sunday.
Neil Best and Rory Best, who both started last weekend's match against South Africa are also named in the starting XV while Paddy Wallace is on the bench. Andrew Trimble is unavailable because of a hamstring injury.
