The Powerade Programme is intended to help you gain the confidence and competence to condition and prepare players in your club and school in a safe and enjoyable manner for the game of rugby. The course is part of a process in which the participant will be offered ongoing support over a three year period through weekend revision courses, club and school visits and access to a network of certified conditioning coaches.
