Armagh v Ballincollig - Plate final
Carrickfergus v Youghal - Shield Final
AIL Division 1
After a good start to the League, Cooke struggled a little in the latter part of the season. Despite picking up some encouraging wins they had a couple of very close games that went against them. They finished the season a respectable 5th and aware that some serious rebuilding needs to be done.
AIL Division Two
Enniskillen have earned a valuable home draw in the semi-finals, after an unbeaten League run this season. They play the runners-up in the southern section, Ballincollig on Sunday April 9, kick-off is at 12noon at the Mullaghmeen grounds.
Carrickfergus have had a great start to Division Two rugby finishing their first season at this level in an impressive third place in the table.
Armagh have done extremely well to field this year, suffering greatly at the hands of the new age rulings that were introduced just as the season was about to begin. However, matches were played and Armagh should be proud of their performance on the pitch as they are still a highly competitive team.
