7:35pm – Guest speakers from Ulster Rugby Coaching Team followed by Q&A.

8:25pm – Thanks to guest speakers.

Chairmans remarks.

8:35pm – Treasurers report 2005/2006 – Year to date.

Auditors report for 2004/2005 Financial Year.

8:40pm – Appointment of Scrutineers / Tellers (3).

8:45pm – Amendment of Club Constitution:

One from the URSC Committee was received by the closing date.

8:50pm – Committee Election.

8:55pm – Questions to the committee.

9:30pm – End.

Proposal to Amend Constitution

After sub-clause 4.1.1, insert new sub-clause as follows;

The committee shall publish the date of the AGM 6 weeks in advance of the meeting.

Re-number existing sub-clauses 4.1.2 to 4.1.5 as 4.1.3 to 4.1.6 and the new sub-clause as 4.1.2

In the sub-clause re-numbered as 4.1.3, in line 3, replace “Websites” with “Website”.
