
Ireland Coach Eddie O'Sullivan has made three changes to the Ireland team that started against France in Paris on 11th February for the visit of Wales in the RBS 6 Nations Championship this weekend.
Donncha O'Callaghan comes into the second row in place of the injured Paul O'Connell to win his 22nd cap, with Ireland A Captain Mick O'Driscoll coming into the replacements. Marcus Horan has recovered from his stomach bug and replaces Reggie Corrigan in the front row.
In the backs, Trimble moves to the left wing in place of Bowe with Girvan Dempsey moving to the replacements.
The team will be captained by Brian O'Driscoll for the 25th time.
