In the quarter final ties there were wins for Methodist College who beat CAI 22-15 in a tightly contested game, Ballymena Academy defeated RS Armagh by 20-10 in another close encounter whilst Campbell College had a comfortable 42-0 win over Foyle and Londonderry College. In the fourth game Larne GS and Belfast Royal Academy drew 3-3 in an exciting game which saw neither team able to gain the upper hand. This game will be replayed at Roughfort on Thursday 16th February.

Medallion Plate

In the Medallion Plate competition for teams that went out in the first round, RBAI defeated Wallace HS by 20-10, Sullivan travelled to Ballymena to play Cambridge House and came away with a hard earned 15-7 victory, Regent made the journey to Ballyclare and had a comfortable 18-0 win whilst a very well organised Dromore HS team entertained Grosvenor GS and won by 31-0.

These games are due to be played on Saturday 25th February at neutral venues. Schools are asked to arrange the fixtures as soon as possible and inform the Ulster Branch of the KO times and venues so that referees can be appointed.
