Trimble, who turned 21 just last month is the only change to Ireland's starting line-up following the 45 - 7 defeat to New Zealand last Saturday.
He is named in the centre, partnering Gordon D'Arcy with Shane Horgan moving to the wing in place of Munster man Anthony Horgan while Peter Stringer and captin Simon Easterby retain their places despite injury doubts earlier this week.
Andrew Trimble in action for Ulster
"I was always thinking of Andrew for this game," said O'Sullivan. "He has played well enough this season to warrant a place in the starting side."
Andrew made his Ulster debut earlier this season and has represented Ireland at both Under 21 and Schools level.
Bowe and Trimble are the two youngest member in the Irish 22 for this weekend's match.
