Mark McCall has named his Ulster side to face Cardiff this Friday at the Arms Park, kick-off 7.10pm live on BBC Wales...
The back-line is unchanged from that which defeated The Borders while up front Rod Moore is drafted in to the starting XV with Simon Best switching to loose-head and Ronan McCormack dropping to the bench. Gavin Pfister replaces Neil Best who will be out of rugby for 4-6 weeks having sustained a broken jaw against The Borders.

Rowan Frost returns to rugby after an ankle injury via the bench and McCall will name is No. 22 replacement later this week.

Gary Longwell, who reached the landmark 50th Heinenen Cup cap earlier this season, will win his 150th cap when he takes the field against Cardiff, a massive achievement for the big lock forward who has been one of Ulster rugby’s greatest servants
