NZRU announce Boss move to Ulster

The New Zealand Rugby Union have announced that Waikato scrum half Isaac Boss is set to leave New Zealand and sign a contract with the IRFU and Ulster Rugby.
The NZRU have announced that Waikato and Hurricanes scrum half Isaac Boss has decided to leave New Zealand and move to Ireland.  The scrum half will move later in the year and will take up a contract with the IRFU and Ulster Rugby.

Boss does have Irish ancestry and would therefore be an Irish qualified player and on release of the news in New Zealand, Boss said “I appreciate the NZRU’s and Waikato’s consideration and approach to my decision and our discussions about my desire to continue my professional career in Ireland. I have a passionate interest in my Irish heritage and I am very excited about the prospect of living in Ireland and playing for Ulster.
